Clair Fisher MBA, DipFM, FCMI
Clair is the founder & Director of Pashley Fisher ltd. She has significant experience developing teams, leaders and partnerships.
She began her career on the prestigious Civil Service Fast stream holding a variety of posts in Whitehall, Brussels and in Regional Government, most recently Deputy Director for 'Place Performance & Partnerships' in the South East.
From 2008 -12 Clair was employed as the part-time Director of a Church owned Community Centre – initiating, designing & delivering a ground-breaking partnership with the local council worth more than £100k to deliver services for Older People. During the time Clair began taking on additional consultancy roles and freelance opportunities; Pashley Fisher ltd. was founded in 2012 to develop and extend this work.
Clair is a visiting lecturer at Brighton & Surrey Universities, the Training Director for Inspired You, an associate of the What Works Centre for Wellbeing and a member of the Chartered Management Institute Faculty. She continues to work regularly across Governmentas a trainer on the Civil Service Learning contract.
Clair's colleagues and clients have described her as results focused, committed to excellence, able to deliver under pressure, and with a high degree of personal integrity. She is actively involved in her local community church, is motivated by getting the best out of others and making change happen. In her free time she attempts to coax vegetables from the ground of her allotment.

Jonathan Fisher BSc, MBA, MCMI, GIFireE
Jon is an associate of Pashley Fisher. He has significant experience of leading and developing teams in the Public Sector, particularly in the Fire Service, and inter-agency contexts. As an NVQ assessor and CMI accredited coach Jon is well placed to deliver both formal training programmes and more bespoke personal development work.
Jon leads courses on resilient thinking and critical decision making, and works as an independent Fire Safety consultant. He is available for coaching and consultancy in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Fire Safety and Multi-agency collaborations.
Before joining the Fire Service Jon was in the 6/7 Bn The Queens Regiment, where he won trophies for driving Landrovers! (His current Landrover is a little more 'tidy' than he would like, and he aspires to a 'proper' muddy one that he can break at weekends.)

Jill is our company secretary and part time administrative whiz.
Jill's career has included professional secretarial and training posts (including as an NVQ assessor). She now balances administrative work with childcare (she is an Ofsted registered child-carer) and her love of sewing.
